There was no competition during the final round of the PCMRC 2008 season...literally. The other two contenders for 2nd and 3rd overall failed make the event handing 1st and 2nd in the club championship to the Motordirex Mini Moto team. Bike 26 of Aiello Theys took the runner up spot of 2nd overall while the 69 machine of Ayrton Tyrrell took top honors in 1st.

With the absence of Nick McComber and Jennifer Ellis for the final round upset both Ayrton and Aiello as they were looking forward to taking the points down to the last race. There is hope the BC Pocket Bike Racing Association who promotes the pocket bike classes for the PCMRC will step up their effort to bring more riders in 2009.
