Motordirex to bring Mini Moto to Western Speedway in Victoria, BC.

Motordirex Mini Moto along with members of a local scooter organization are looking to hold test and tune events at Victoria’s Western Speedway for 2008.

In collaboration with the scooter club, the event will play host to all those with the need to get on the track riding a mini moto style motorcycle. Following the class rules set out by the CMA, groups will be given 15 minutes sessions to hit the track and go as fast or as slow as they like.

Western offers a variety of course layouts; from a natural 11 turn circuit, to a small 3 turn track, to whatever the need is using cones and hay bails. Layouts will be changed from date to date, with 3 plus hours of track time per event.

The test and tunes look to get under way starting April 27th, with dates in May and August. Two more dates are in the works for June and July. A safety inspection will be performed to determine the best and safest layouts, and address any areas of concern regarding run-off.
